h Surrounded by 200 year old Live Oaks, palm trees and jasmine vines, this 1938 Tybee Raised Cottage was completely restored to her original glory in 2006. Winner of the Tybee Island Preservation Award and was also featured in the Fall 2006 issue of Secrets of the South Magazine and the 2006 Tybee Tour of Homes.

This cottage is for those who love homes that are rich in history and architectural details.

Indulge yourself in a true family home with original heart of pine walls and floors, high ceilings with ceiling fans, billowy linen curtains to filter the bright sunlight, wrap-around screened balcony and screened porch with views of the back river. All art in the home is original from a variety of locals artists. We support the Tybee Artist Community!

This is a home where you bring your own excitement & relaxation ~ playing Monopoly, reading books, gathering together on the front porch, riding bikes on Chatham Ave - this is what Dutton-Waller Cottage is all about. g

The living room overlooks the front yard and the Back River with breathtaking sunsets. Beautiful heart of pine walls throughout. Danny also enjoys the comfortable chair for his afternoon nap!

			The dining room is furnished with gorgeous antiques and original local art. Table seats eight guests for memorable family suppers.

The completely restored kitchen is fully equipped and features new appliances. Original art by Bellamy.

			Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Located on main level. The "master" suite. An amazing view from the window.

	Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Located on main level. Complete with office set up, including high speed wireless Internet, fax, copier and printer.

			Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Original servant's quarters located on ground level with a separate entrance. Includes TV with DVD player.

The full bathroom on the main level features a claw footed bathtub, stained glass window, beaded board and subway tile.		The full bathroom on the ground floor includes a shower and tub combo. Original black & white tile floors.
